Who Can Use These Clinics?
Most PCBA pro bono clinics are open to any Pueblo County resident who needs free legal assistance. Some programs have specific eligibility requirements (such as income limits or veteran status) which are noted above.
Clinics provide brief advice and guidance β not ongoing legal representation. If your matter requires full representation, our volunteer attorneys can help connect you with Colorado Legal Services or other resources.
All consultations are confidential. You do not need to bring a lawyer to the clinic.
Volunteer as an Attorney
PCBA member attorneys are the heart of these programs. If you're a licensed attorney interested in volunteering at a clinic, contact the PCBA to be added to our volunteer roster.
Pro bono service earns CLE credit under Colorado Supreme Court Rule 260.5. Volunteer attorneys may receive up to 7 hours of CLE credit per year for pro bono service.
